  • black tea with 1/2 tsp of honey

Snack

  • Red apple 190 gr
  • 1 prune

Lunch

  • Green salad mix (french mix), cucumber, 2 medium tomatoes (821 –  big white bowl )
  • Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry (p. 69) 136 gr – without cabbage

Snack

  • Baby Carrots
  • Guacamole – 1 package
  • Green Tea
  • Dry Mango (a few pieces out of 23 gr)
