I felt nauseous all day.

Breakfast

  • 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages (pork/veal)

Lunch

  • Large orange (4012 from Wegmans)
  • Fried potatoes
  • 2 backed chicken wings from the whole chicken
  • Salad with greens, tomatoes and cucumbers; used sunflower oil for dressing

Dinner

  • Ate a little bit of chicken with zucchini I made late in the evening

Snacks

  • 2 organic figs by Sunny Fruit

Vitamins and Minerals

  • No gummy vitamins
  • I think I took GC
