Breakfast
- 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages (pork/veal)
Lunch
- Large orange (4012 from Wegmans)
- Fried potatoes
- 2 backed chicken wings from the whole chicken
- Salad with greens, tomatoes and cucumbers; used sunflower oil for dressing
Dinner
- Ate a little bit of chicken with zucchini I made late in the evening
Snacks
- 2 organic figs by Sunny Fruit

- No gummy vitamins
